A childhood dream come true.  As a child in his hometown of São Paulo, Fabricio dreamt of discovering  far-away places.  The exotic words and sounds of French gastronomy  called-out to him.  He knew early-on that restaurants would be his realm of creativity... He continued to perfect his skills throughout his journeys, acquiring the range and depth of savoir-faire for his culinary style.
